ዶክተር ዓይናለም አባይነህ በኢትዮጵያ የኦማን ሱልጣኔት አምባሳደር ዶክተር አፍቃር ናዲም አሊ አል ፋርሲ ጋር ተወያዩ፡፡

የኢትዮጵያ የንግድና ዘርፍ ማኅበራት ምክር ቤት ምክትል ፕሬዚዳንት ዶክተር ዓይናለም አባይነህ በኢትዮጵያ የኦማን ሱልጣኔት አምባሳደር ዶክተር አፍቃር ናዲም አሊ አል ፋርሲ ጋር ተወያዩ፡፡

ሁለቱ አካላት በሀገራቱ መካከል የቢዝነስና ኢኮኖሚ ትስስር መጠናከር በሚቻልባቸው እድሎች ዙሪያ ነው የተነጋገሩት፡፡

ዶክተር ዓይናለም የኦማን ኩባንያዎች በኢትዮጵያ መሰማራት በሚችሉባቸው የንግድና ኢንቨስትመንት መስኮች ዙሪያ ለአምባሳደር ዶክተር አፍቃር አብራርተውላቸዋል፡፡
ኢትዮጵያ ካላት ሰፊ የህዝብ ቁጥር፣ የአፍሪካ መግቢያ በር እንደመሆኗ፣ ለመካከለኛው ምስራቅ ካላት ቅርበት አንጻር እንዲሁም ሀገሪቱ እየተገበረቻቸው ካሉ ምቹ የኢንቨስትመንት እርምጃዎች አንጻር ለኦማን ባለሀብቶች ተመራጭ የንግድና ኢንቨስትመንት መዳረሻ መሆኗንም ጠቁመዋል፡፡

የኦማን ባለሀብቶች በኢትዮጵያ በስራ ላይ መሆናቸውን የገለጹት አምባሳደር አፍቃር በበኩላቸው የሀገራቸው ኩባንያዎችም በቁም እንስሳት፣ በግብርና ማቀነባበር፣ በወርቅ ግብይት እንዲሁም በሌሎች የንግድና ኢንቨስትመንት መስኮች መስራት እንደሚፈልጉም ገልጸዋል፡፡

ኢትዮጵያ እንደ ፔትሮ ኬሚካል፣ ማዳበሪያ እና የመሳሰሉ ምርቶችን ከኦማን የምታስገባ ሲሆን የቁም እንስሳት፣ የቅባት እህሎች እንዲሁም የስጋ ምርቶችን ወደ ኦማን ትልካለች፡፡
የሀገራቱን የቢዝነስ ለቢዝነስ ትስስር የበለጠ ለማቀራረብ የኢትዮጵያ እና የኦማን የንግድና ምክር ቤቶች ተቀራርበው መስራት እንደሚገባቸውም ተጠቁሟል፡፡

በውይይቱም የምክር ቤቱን ምክትል ዋና ጸሀፊ ወ/ሮ ሔለን ረታን ጨምሮ ሌሎች የስራ ኃላፊዎች ተገኝተዋል፡፡

ከባለፈው ጥር 27 እስከ የካቲት 1/2018 ዓ.ም በተካሄደው 15ኛው ኢትዮ- ቻምበር ዓለም አቀፍ የንግድ ትርኢት ላይም የኦማን ኩባንያዎች መሳተፋቸው ይታወቃል፡፡

Dr. Aynalem Abayneh, Vice President of the Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce and sectoral associations (ECCSA), discussed with Dr. Afqar Nadim Ali Al-Farsi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to Ethiopia.
Both sides discussed opportunities to strengthen business and economic relationship between the two countries.
Dr. Aynalem briefed Ambassador Dr. Afqar on the trade and investment opportunities that Omani companies can engage in in Ethiopia.
He noted that Ethiopia is a preferred trade and investment destination for Omani investors due to its large population, as the gateway to Africa, its proximity to the Middle East, and the favorable investment environment the country has and the macro economic reforms the country implementing.
Ambassador Afqar, who stated that Omani investors are active in Ethiopia, said that his country’s companies also want to work in livestock, agro processing, gold trading, and other trade and investment sectors.
Ethiopia imports petrochemicals, fertilizers, and other products from Oman and exports livestock, oilseeds, and meat products to Oman.
It was also pointed out that the Ethiopian and Omani chambers of commerce should have to work closely for further strengthen business-to-business ties between the countries and to resolve disputes that may arise between business institutions.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Secretary General of ECCSA, Ms. Helen Reta, and other officials.
It is known that Omani companies participated in the 15th Ethio-Chamber International Trade Fair held from February 4-8, 2026.
