Introduction
The Business Leadership Academy (BLA) was founded on March 2014. The BLA has delivered demand-driven training program to the private sector. It has successfully carried out training to more than 150,000 businesses across Ethiopia. The Academy has established e-learning platform which enables the business community to take training at their convenient time. It has also established one of a kind business leadership program, which includes women leadership program, technology based leadership program and association leadership program.
